An old farmhouse table

 It’s nice to use the venerable farmhouse table beyond our simple meals. It’s definitely a spot to read on my iPad or laptop, but equally fun as a place to start doing a bit of acrylic art again.  

I need to figure out a better way to protect the table beyond old paper bags,  Fortunately, the previous owner left behind a giant roll of brown paper — perfect as a table protector, I think, once I drag it out.

In the summer, it’s occurred to me that the old antique shed might be a great place to set up an easel, and paint there a bit, when it’s warmer than it is now.  Although it’s never that “warm” here in Eastern Quebec!
